Refund and Cancellation Policy for Guwahati Self-Driving Car Service

At Guwahati self Drive, we strive to provide you with a seamless and enjoyable self-driving car rental experience. We understand that plans can change, and sometimes cancellations are necessary. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have established the following refund and cancellation policy:
Booking Cancellation and Refund:
1.1. Full Refund: – If you cancel your booking at least 96 hours (4 days) before the scheduled booking start time, we will provide a full refund of the advance booking amount (INR 999). – The refund will be processed within 1-2 working days, and the amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for booking.
1.2. No Refund: – Cancellations made within 96 hours of the scheduled booking start time will not be eligible for a refund of the advance booking amount. In such cases, the full booking amount will be forfeited.
Modification of Booking:
2.1. You have the option to modify your booking, including changes to the booking duration or vehicle selection, provided such modifications are requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking start time. Modification requests made within 24 hours of the booking start time may not be accommodated.
No-Show Policy:
3.1. If you fail to pick up the reserved vehicle at the scheduled booking start time without prior notification, it will be considered a no-show. No-shows are non-refundable, and the full booking amount will be forfeited.
Force Majeure:
4.1. Guwahati Self-drive reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather, natural disasters, or other force majeure events. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the user.
Refund Processing:
5.1. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 1-2 working days. Please allow additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
